“I am deeply passionate about creating pathways for communities to access — and more importantly, succeed in — higher education.”

As Dean of Workforce at the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office, Linda advances systemwide initiatives to improve student achievement across all 116 colleges — with a relentless focus on eliminating achievement gaps and expanding economic mobility for students across California.

Her path began at Citrus College as a first-generation student, and that experience remains the compass for everything she does.
