As Dean of Workforce at the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office, Linda advances systemwide initiatives to improve student achievement across all 116 colleges — with a relentless focus on eliminating achievement gaps and expanding economic mobility for students across California.
Her path began at Citrus College as a first-generation student, and that experience remains the compass for everything she does. From earning an Associate of Arts through a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration from USC, Linda’s own academic journey mirrors the story of the students she serves.
With over 14 years of experience spanning academia, private industry, and nonprofit organizations, she brings expertise in complex program management, grant administration, public-private partnerships, and statewide workforce ecosystems.
